摘要
以华能玉环电厂为例,通过调门优化试验,优化机组协调控制。试验表明:高调门处于50%开度时,负荷具备优良的响应能力,可以满足机组的运行需求;高调门处于100%开度时,负荷响应能力较差。根据试验结果选择2号机组调门的开度为50%,并采用此开度下的负荷-主汽压力曲线检验机组的调节能力。
Taking Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant as an example, the operation mode of main steam regulating valve of steam turbine is analyzed, and the coordinated control of turbine unit is optimized through optimization test of regulating valve. The analysis shows that the load has excellent response ability when the high adjusting door is 50%open, and the load response ability is poor when the high adjusting door is 100% open, and the adjustment door of No.2 unit should keep 50% open. The load-main steam pressure curve under this opening is used to test the adjustment of turbine units.
