摘要
针对现有采煤机截割机构工作时振动、冲击大,截齿磨损严重、截割机构受冲击易损坏的难点,建立了采煤机截割机构工作时的受力数学模型,利用LS-DYNA分析软件建立了采煤机截割机构工作时的仿真分析模型,并根据实际情况对其工作过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在旋转角度为14°情况下采煤机截割机构具有最佳大截割特性,为采煤机截割机构工作旋转角度的确定提供了理论依据,极大地提升了采煤机工作时的稳定性和使用寿命。
According to practical work experience, the influence of rotation angle of shearer cutting mechanism on cutting energy efficiency ratio, cutting load and load fluctuation is simulated and analyzed by LS-DYNA simulation analysis software. The results show that when the cutting mechanism rotation angle of shearer is 14 °, the structural mechanism has the optimal cutting ability, which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the working rotation angle of the shearer cutting mechanism. It greatly improves the stability and service life of shearer.
