摘要
影响滑模施工水泥混凝土路面平整度的因素较多,其中对施工过程中道路几何线型对路面的影响的研究尚不深入.为探究横、纵坡度对路面施工平整度影响,采用利用车载式激光平整度仪对试验路段进行平整度测定.结果表明:纵坡小于0.3%时,上、下坡施工对平整度影响不大;纵坡大于1.5%时,施工时宜沿下坡方向进行作业.横坡对施工平整度的影响作用较纵坡度弱;只有当横坡度大于5%时,平整度有变差趋势.施工时可根据以上结论进行调整.
There are many factors influencing the flatness of cement concrete pavement, but the research on the road geometry line type which may influence the pavement in slip-form process is not deep enough. In order to learn that the influence of longitudinal and transverse slope on the pavement construction flatness, the flatness of the test road is measured by vehicle-mounted laser machine. The results show that If the longitudinal slope is less than 0.3%, there is no effect on the construction of flatness, on the other side, if it is more then 0.3%, pavement construction should along the direction of the longitudinal slope. If the transverse slope reaches 5%, the flatness will be worse.
