摘要
随着新技术的不断革新,图书馆也开始迈入Web4.0时代,这种集共生网络、同步网络、智慧网络和大规模网络等特征于一体的互联网信息技术,为图书馆数字参考咨询服务的开展带来了新的挑战与机遇,尤其是当下图书馆战略联盟的兴起。了解和掌握高校图书馆资源分布与数字参考咨询服务现状是能够开展好图书馆联合数字参考咨询服务的前提和基础。文章以昆明市域高校图书馆为例,通过调研获取数据,对昆明市域高校图书馆在数字参考咨询领域的现状及问题进行分析探讨,提出改进建议,以期为后续联盟化发展提供参考。
With the continuous innovation of new technology, the library also began to enter the Web4.0 era. Internet information technology in this network, synchronous network, symbiosis wisdom network and large-scale network features in one, has brought new challenges and opportunities for the development of the digital reference service of the library, especially the rise of the strategic alliance of library. Understanding and mastering the current situation of university library resource distribution and digital reference service is the premise and foundation for developing the library collaborative digital reference service. This paper, taking the University Libraries in Kunming as an example, through empirical research and data acquisition, analyzes and discusses the current situation and problems of digital library reference service in Kunming area, and puts forward suggestions for improvement, so as to provide references for the future development of alliance.
