摘要
开关柜在发电厂中应用数量多,应用范围广,其绝缘水平的高低,对发电厂的安全稳定运行具有举足轻重的作用。结合国华公司发生的厂用开关柜绝缘故障,从过电压冲击、开关柜内部存在搭接桥、开关柜自身质量问题,以及外部环境因素4个方面出发,深刻剖析了厂用开关柜出现绝缘问题的原因。在此基础上,从防止过电压危害、减少搭接桥现象、提高自身质量和克服外部环境因素的角度思考,提出了提高厂用开关柜绝缘水平的措施。
Switch cabinet is widely used in power plants. Its insulation level plays a decisive role in the safe and stable operation of power plants. In combination with insulation failure of switch cabinet used by Guohua company,causes of insulation problems are deeply analyzed in this paper from four aspects,including over-voltage impact,lap bridge inside the switch cabinet,quality problems of switch cabinet and external environmental factors. On the basis,measures to improve the insulation level of station service switchgear are put forward from the angle of preventing the damage of over-voltage,reducing the lap bridge phenomenon,improving the quality and overcoming the external environmental factors.
