摘要 镀膜器插入锡槽窄段,利用化学气相沉积法在热的玻璃表面依次沉积上颜色抑制层、钠离子阻挡层和功能膜层,其中功能膜层为氟掺杂二氧化锡膜层。通过调整功能膜的膜层厚度、调整功能膜层F的掺杂量及改变膜层结构可以实现对大部分镀膜玻璃产品电阻控制的要求。生产中还可以利用现有锡槽设备及电阻测量工具监控镀膜玻璃电阻情况,并实时进行调整。 Carrying coating beams into the narrow section of tin bath, using the method of chemical vapor deposition, in turn on the hot glass surface deposition the color inhibition layer, sodium ion barrier layer and function layer, the function layer is fluorine doped tin oxide film. By adjusting the film thickness of function film, adjusting the fluorine doping amount of function film layer and changing the film structure, can meet the resistance requirements of most coated glass products. In addition, we can use the existing tin bath equipment and some resistance measuring tools to monitor the resistance of coated glass and adjust it in real time.
