摘要
提出了高强度低合金钢氢脆的预防措施。针对高强度低合金钢氢脆的内部影响因素,预防的主要方向为提高材料本身的抗氢脆性能,预防措施主要为钢种选择和成分控制、控制强度并提高韧性、组织优化和晶粒细化、提高表面粗糙度并减少缺陷等。针对高强度低合金钢氢脆的外部影响因素,预防的方向主要为降低氢的吸附和渗透,预防细则主要为添加微量抑制剂降低氢气的活性和吸附性能,以及对材料表面进行喷丸强化和施加涂层降低氢的渗透等。这些氢脆预防措施可为高压氢气储运系统的科学设计提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the internal and external factors that influence hydrogen embrittlement(HE)of high-strength low alloy(HSLA)steels,HE preventive measures are proposed.The HE measures are composed of the following two parts:increasing the HE resisting property of the steel and decreasing the hydrogen adsorption and permeation.The first part includes steel selection and chemical composition control,strength control and toughness increase,microstructure optimization and grain refining,increasing surface finish and decreasing defect.The second part includes decreasing the activity and adsorption of hydrogen by adding inhibitors,decreasing hydrogen permeation through surface shot peening and by obstruction coatings.These measures can be reference to the scientific design for storage and transportation system of high-pressure hydrogen.
