摘要
飞机管路系统受到多物理场影响存在复杂的流固耦合非线性特性,而且飞机空间有限,对管路的设计要求较高。为了研究液压管路的动态特性及优化设计方法,本文提出一种管路设计分析模型,可以利用该模型对管路系统进行准定量分析与设计,通过调整各关键参数,可以分析管路对系统的影响。研究结果表明:仿真与试验结果非常接近,说明了仿真模型的准确性,利用该模型可以对管路的动态特性和管路的压力损失进行准定量的分析,为飞机的管路设计与计算提供了重要方法。
The aircraft pipeline system has complex fluid-solid coupling nonlinearities due to multi-physics.Besides, aircraft space is limited, which requires high pipeline design. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic pipelines and optimize the design method, a design analysis model has been proposed to the pipeline in the text, which can be used to quasi-quantitative analysis and design of pipeline system.By adjusting various key parameters, the influence of pipelines to the system can be analyzed. The research results show that the simulation and test results are very close, which shows the accuracy of the simulation model. This model can be used for quasi quantitative analysis of the dynamic characteristics and the pressure loss of pipelines, which provides an important method for the design and calculation of aircraft pipelines.
