摘要
在汽车外板件成形工艺中,由于造型原因,不可避免地会出现侧翻工艺。侧翻主要是因为产品零件存在翻边负角。考虑到取件问题,在模具结构中侧翻一般都需要采用滑车机构,即驱动翻边凸模上下活动的斜楔机构。翻边之前,插刀下行驱动导板驱动滑车,滑车上的支撑导板托起下翻边镶块;翻边结束后,插刀上行,滑车复位,下翻边镶块回落,完成侧翻过程。
In the forming process of the outer panel of the automobile,the side flanging process is inevitable due to the modeling reason. The side flanging is mainly due to the negative angle of product parts. In the die structure, the side flanged pulley has been generally required by taking into account the problem of pickup, that is, the wedge mechanism which drives up and down activity of flanging punch. Before flanging over, the knife moves downwards to drive guide plate to the pulley, and the support guide on the trolley supports the lower flange insert; after the flange is finished, the knife moves upwards and the pulley is reset, while the lower flange insert is lowered to complete the side flanging process.
