摘要
本文通过对某汽车顶盖外板检具天窗部位检测机构的设计研究,介绍了多款车型顶盖外板带天窗部位检具设计方法研究和应用优缺点。通过系列车型顶盖外板检具的设计和开发,应用于实际生产,对于解决主机厂检具工装多元化、通用化、提升检具柔性化和提高工程技术人员的研发能力具有重要意义,对后续新车型的顶盖外板检具柔性化设计具有重要指导意义。
Through the design and study of checking fixture for some automotive roof, the advantages and disadvantages of the design method and application about the checking fixtures for multi-vehicle have been introduced in the text. The actual application into the production shows that it is of great significance to solve the diversification & generalization of the fixture tooling and improve the flexibility of the inspection tools as well as capabilities of engineers and technicians for the main machine manufacturer. It provides guidance for the flexible design of the checking fixture for new type of automotive roof in the future.
