摘要
某公司使用的锻压机用浮动盘,使用约半年发生开裂,为了查找原因,进行了相关的理化分析。结果表明:浮动盘在高速运转的密闭空间中使用,其机加工未严格执行设计要求,加工的纵孔表面粗糙,深度过深,在孔及两侧直角交汇处形成尖角,造成应力集中,在周期载荷作用下形成裂纹源。另外热处理工艺不当,降低了浮动盘的抗疲劳性能,最终引起疲劳开裂。
The floating disk in forging press used by a company cracked in using for about half a year. In order to find the reason,the relevant physical and chemical analysis was conducted. The results showed that the floating disk was used with the high-speed operation in the confined space. Its machining was not performed strictly according to the design requirements. The surface was rough and the depth was too deep on the longitudinal hole,forming sharp corner at the right-angle intersection between the hole and the both sides,resulting in stress concentration,and the crack source was formed under the action of cyclic loading. In addition,the heat treatment process was improper,which reduced the anti-fatigue performance of the floating disk and eventually caused the fatigue cracking.
