摘要
海洋政治是当今海洋国家争夺国家利益的主要手段之一。随着生产力水平与科学技术的进步,人类愈发看到海洋的战略价值,海洋政治成为沿海国家发展战略的核心要义。深入思考、探究海洋政治呈现出的鲜明特征,有利于全人类更好地以和平手段利用海洋、发展海洋,避免通过非法、暴力途径解决海洋争端。
Marine politics is one of the main means for marine countries to compete for national interests. With the development of pro-ductivity and science and technology, human beings are becoming more and more aware of the important strategic value of the ocean, and marine politics has become the core of the development strategy of coastal countries. In - depth consideration and exploration of the dis-tinctive features of marine politics are conducive to the better use and development of the ocean by peaceful means by all mankind, and ultimately resolutely avoid the resolution of maritime disputes through illegal and violent means.
