摘要
目的:分析产后缺乳产妇应用催乳汤联合穴位按摩干预后效果。方法:产后缺乳产妇109例随机分2组,对照组54例给予乳房穴位按摩,观察组55例联合催乳汤口服,治疗7d后对比两组患者治疗后临床疗效、补授乳量及泌乳量。结果:观察组总有效率100%高于对照组88.89%,泌乳量高于对照组,补授乳量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:催乳汤联合乳房穴位按摩显著提升产后缺乳产妇的泌乳量,减少补授乳量。
Objective：To analyze the effect of postpartum lactation and maternal application of acupoint massage combined with acupressure.Methods：109 cases of postpartum lactation were randomly divided into 2 groups.54 patients in the control group received breast acupoint massage.In the observation group,55 patients were treated with combined Lactation soup.After 7 days,the clinical efficacy,supplemental milk volume and lactation volume of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 100% higher than that of the control group（88.89%）.The milk production was higher than that of the control group,and the supplemental milk volume was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lactation decoction combined with breast acupoint massage significantly increased the amount of lactation in postpartum lactating women and reduced the amount of milk.
