摘要
目的:探讨联合应用伤科消肿汤及甘露醇对于胫骨骨折术后患者肢体肿胀的治疗效果。方法:将符合标准的胫骨骨折并接受手术治疗的患者共计72例为研究样本,将患者分组为观察组、对照组。每组各36例,对照组应用甘露醇治疗,观察组在该基础上应用伤科消肿汤治疗,均治疗7d,比较2组的治疗效果。结果:2组患者术后第1d患肢的肿胀值差异不明显,但术后第3d及第7d观察组患者的患肢肿胀值改善效果好于对照组;观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.22%,对照组的治疗有效率为80.56%。2组资料相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用甘露醇及伤科消肿汤可有效缓解胫骨骨折患者患肢肿胀,有助于促进患者预后及康复。
Objective：To explore the combined effect of Shangke Xiaozhong decoction and mannitol on limb swelling of patients undergoing tibial fracture.Methods：A total of 72 patients with zygomatic fractures undergoing surgical treatment were included in the study sample.The patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with mannitol,and the observation group was treated on the basis of the application of Shangke Xiaozhong decoction,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results：There was no significant difference in the swelling of the affected limbs between the two groups on the 1st day after surgery.However,the effect of improving the swelling value of the affected limb was better in the observation group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation than in the control group;97.22% of the patients in the control group had an effective rate of 80.56%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The combined use of mannitol and Shangke Xiaozhong decoction can effectively relieve the swelling of the limbs of patients with tibial fractures and help to promote the prognosis and recovery of patients.
