摘要
王好古基于其师张元素的"肾命"辨证论治体系,着重阐发了肾阳虚有寒的证治,形成了"寒邪犯本"的系统理法,包括:中寒及下,当脾肾双温;阴阳离决,急温肾散寒。王好古创制了许多温阳散寒类方药,既可用于治疗肾伤寒,也可用于治疗下焦有沉寒的内伤杂病,如常见的慢性肾病、女子痛经、经闭、不孕等属下焦阳虚寒积的杂病。王好古的思想也促使易水学派的研究重点由中焦转向下焦,启发了明清温补学派对"肾命"的探讨。
On the basis of Zhang Yuansu＇s syndrome differentiation and treatment system of ＂ Kidney and Life Gate＂,WangHaogu developed out a theory focused on the deficiency of Kidney yang with accumulated Cold,which we call it ＂ Cold Evil invading Kidney Theory＂. This theory system includes the followings： If the Cold invades the lower part of the body,both Spleen and Kidney should be warmed in medication; if the Yin and Yang is departing from each other,warming Kidney urgently to dispel the Cole. He created many Yang-warming prescriptions,which were used to treat for both the Kidney Cold diseased and other diseases due to long-term inner Cold in Lower Burner such as many commonly seen chronic Kidney disease,women＇ s dysmenorrhea,amenorrhea and infertility which caused by Kidney Yang deficiency and accumulation of inner Cold. WangHaogu＇s thought also prompted the Yishui School＇s research focus to shift from the Middle Burner to the Lower Burner and inspired the discussion on ＂ Kidney and Life Gate＂ in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
