摘要
目的:系统评价益气除痰法对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存期的影响。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、维普、万方、Pubmed、Embase、The cochrane library等数据库,收集益气除痰法与益气除痰法联合西医化疗或单用化疗对Ⅲ-Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者生存期影响的随机对照试验。经过文献筛选和评价质量后提取有效数据采用Revman 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到符合纳入标准的中文文献5篇387例患者。Meta分析:中医组与中西医组一年生存率[RR=0.94,95%CI(0.73,1.20),P=0.73],半年生存率[RR=0.97,95%CI(0.87,1.08),P=0.56],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医组与西医组一年生存率[RR=1.61,95%CI(1.06,2.43),P=0.02,P<0.05],半年生存率[RR=1.51,95%CI(1.18,1.93),P=0.001,P<0.05],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气除痰法可延长晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的总生存期。受纳入研究样本量和研究方法质量限制,上述结论尚待开展更多高质量的循证医学研究予以证实。
Objective： To systematically evaluate the effect of Yi Qi Chu Tan method on the survival time of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： Databases of Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,China Knowledge Network,Weipu,Wanfang,Pubmed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,etc. were searched via computers for information on randomized controlled trial of the impact of survival on patients with Non-small cell lung cancer in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ treated with Yi Qi Chu Tan method and Yi Qi Chu Tan method combined with western chemotherapy or chemotherapy. After literature screening and evaluation of quality,useful data were extracted and meta-analysis was made by using Revman 5. 3 software. Results： There were a total of 5 387 patients were included in 5 pieces of Chinese literature that met the inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis： one-year survival rate of Chinese medicine group and Chinese and western medicine group was[RR = 0. 94,95% CI（ 0. 73,1. 20）,P = 0. 73],half-year survival rate of that was [RR = 0. 97,95% CI（ 0. 87,1. 08）,P = 0. 56],the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. One-year survival rate of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was [RR = 1. 61,95% CI（ 1. 06,2. 43）,P = 0. 02,P〈0. 05 ],halfyear survival rate of that was [RR = 1. 51,95% CI（ 1. 18,1. 93）,P = 0. 001,P〈0. 05]. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yi Qi Chu Tan method can prolong the overall survival（ OS） of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Due to the limited sample size and quality of research methods included in the study,the above conclusions need to be confirmed with more high-quality evidence-based medical researches.
