摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,基于拓扑优化技术的轻量化设计在结构设计领域广泛运用.从目前的空间结构领域来看,针对具体项目的连续体结构的拓扑优化主要还是靠工程师的工作经验来进行,而采用系统性的优化策略来进行结构优化还并不成熟,尚待深入研究.六杆四面体球面网壳是一种包含装配式建筑思想的新型空间壳体,近年来进行了广泛深入的研究.本文基于应变能最小准则针对这种新型网壳结构的力学性能进行了截面尺寸优化,对优化前后网壳各个方向的位移及各杆件截面尺寸的变化进行分析研究.优化结果表明,在减重百分之二十的条件下,结构刚度有了较大提高,竖向位移得到了有效控制,自动化的拓扑优化技术在新型空间结构体系上得到了较好的实现.
With the development of computer technology,lightweight design based on optimization topology is widely used in construction.Nevertheless,the application of optimization is still based on engineer's work experience.Systematic optimization strategies are in urgently requirement.In recent years,a novel lattice shell composed of six-bar tetrahedral unit was proposed with extensive analysis of its mechanical properties.This paper focuses on the light weight investigation of the lattice shell design by optimizing the cross-sectional dimensions of the bars and beams.In comparing and analyzing the displacement of the structure in each direction and the change of the cross-sectional dimension of each bar before and after optimization,the structural stiffness are improved by twenty three percent,and the vertical displacement is effectively controlled,under the condition that the weight is reduced by twenty percent.The optimization technology has been proved a good realization in spatial structure.
