摘要
学术视野的拓宽在大学生教育中起着非常重要的作用。以江苏大学食品科学与工程的学科建设为例,从3个一级资源指标(国际、科研和产业)及其相关的11个二级资源指标(学生出国学习、导师出国研修、聘请海外专家、建立高水平国际联合研究机构、招收优秀留学生,创建科研平台、举办学术会议、承担科研项目,强化产学研合作、聘请产业教授或企业导师、参与产业创新技术联盟的活动)研究了学生学术视野拓宽的基本方法。多年的实践证明,学生的学术水平和综合素质整体得到了提高。
The widening of academic horizons plays a very important role in the student education of university. Taking the subject construction of food science and engineering of Jiangsu university as an example,the basic methods of students＇ academic field broadening were studied by this paper from three primary indicators（international resources,scientific research resources and industry resources） and their related 11 secondary indicators（students studying abroad, tutors research abroad,recruiting overseas experts,establishing high-level international joint research institutions,recruiting excellent students, creating scientific research platform, organizing academic conferences, undertaking scientific research projects,strengthening the cooperation with industry,recruiting industry professors or enterprise tutors,participating in the activities of industrial innovation alliance）. Many years of practice have proved that the students＇ academic level and comprehensive quality have improved.
