摘要
装配过程开装条件判断对产品装配质量有重要影响。在"装配质量熵"的基础上,通过综合考虑装配质量特性关键程度和潜在质量损失对质量满意度的影响建立装配活动"性熵比"指标,对装配过程的质量满意度进行预测,进而给出开装条件决策方法。该方法有利于提高装配过程开装条件决策的科学性,通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。
The decision-making of assembly condition has great impact on product assembly quality. The index of "Performance–Entropy Ratio for Assembly"(PERA) based on the "assembly quality entropy" concept is put forward to predict the quality satisfaction of each assembly activity in the phase of production preparation. The PERA index is measured by the key grades of assembly quality characteristics and potential quality loss for assembly activity. Furthermore, a decision-making method of assembly condition is presented based on the PERA index, which is benefit to improve the accuracy of decision-making. A case study is used to validate the effectiveness of the method.
