摘要
近四十年来,流动人口规模不断扩大,其生育决策行为在很大程度上对中国人口的发展产生重大影响。利用2015年流动人口动态检测数据对女性流动人口的二孩生育意愿及其影响因素进行分析,结果显示:女性流动人口的二孩生育意愿普遍较低;年龄、户口性质、一孩性别等人口特征因素,均会对女性流动人口的二孩生育意愿产生显著影响;社会和家庭双重角色之间的冲突,也会影响女性流动人口的二孩生育意愿;社会公共服务的享受程度,也会极大地影响流动人口的二孩生育意愿。因此,应全面推进流动人口基本公共服务均等化水平、完善职业女性二孩生育制度、加强"全面二孩"政策的宣传。
The floating population has rapidly increased during the last forty years, and theirreproductive behavior has a significant impact on the development of China＇s population. By using the2015 dynamic monitoring data of the floating population, the current status of the second child fertilityintention and its influencing factors among the female floating population are analyzed. The result showsthat the female floating population has a lower level of willingness to have a second child; demographicfactors such as age, household registration and gender of the first child have a significant impact on thefertility intention of having a second child among the female floating population; the conflict between thedual roles of society and family will affect the their fertility intention; the level of social public serviceswill also greatly affect their willingness. So some suggestions should be given for relevant policy making,such as comprehensively promoting the level of basic public services for floating population, improving thereproductive system for professional women, and strengthening the publicity of the two-child policy.
