摘要
等级医院评审是衡量一个医院综合实力与整体管理水平的有效手段。在等级医院的评审中,资料制作和管理是三级甲等综合等级医院评审的基础性工作。本文结合医院资料型档案管理的特点,详细分析了医院既往等级评审资料型档案管理中资料制作和管理的缺点,并对三级甲等综合等级医院中的综合档案管理创新模式进行探讨。
Rank accreditation of general hospital is an effective measurement for the integrated strength and overall management level of hospitals. The arrangement and archivest of management are the fundamental processes in the rank accreditation of general hospitals for the upper firstclass general hospitals. Combing the analysis of the characteristics of hospital＇ s archives management, this article analyzes the drawbacks of the previous arrangement and management of archives in rank accreditation of general hospitals and further discuss the innovative mode of integrated archives management in upper first-class general hospitals.
