摘要
目的研发一款环保的可多次多用途使用的新型饮品包装瓶。方法通过对市场上现有的瓶装饮品的包装、产品性能以及口感进行分析比较。通过UG对新型多功能饮品复合调配分离瓶进行三维设计,渲染和仿真检漏。结论现在市场上所有的瓶装咖啡都不能根据个人的意愿,任意比例添加方糖和咖啡伴侣,所有的瓶装混合型饮品同样不能根据个人的意愿在密闭条件下进行任意比例调配。通过反复比较.最终确定了一种在密闭条件下,兼具复合,调配以及分离三大功能,且生产成本低廉,节能环保的饮品瓶设计方案。新型多功能饮品复合调配分离瓶可以使两种或两种以上液体饮品、咖啡和方糖,在密闭的条件下根据个人意愿进行复合,复合后还可以分离开饮用,整个过程完全密闭且可以根据个人意愿进行任意比例调配。当饮品饮用完成,还可以用于泡酒,冲泡粉状饮品以及盛装液体调味品。详细地论述了饮品瓶的设计原则、工作原理。介绍了瓶身和瓶底相互连接部分结构设计,以及其他结构类似的衍生产品。
Nowadays drinks market, various kinds of drinks are various, the competition is increasingly fierce. Designed to make two or more drinks, under the condition of closed conditions, according to the individual will compound. The compound can also be separated after drinking.
