摘要
农业是中国最基础的产业,与国民经济和民生息息相关,但自然风险却威胁着农业生产。农业保险补贴作为热门词汇频频出现在每年政府工作报告中,在保障农业生产和广大农户的利益上发挥着重要作用,是我国在惠农上的重大举措。分析我国农业保险补贴的现状及困境,并从政府、农户、经营机构三个方面提出相应的对策与建议。
Agriculture is China＇s most basic industry,which is closely related to the national economy and people＇s live- lihood, but natural risks threaten agricultural production. As a popular term, agricultural insurance subsidy frequently ap- pears in the annual work report of the government. It plays an important role in guaranteeing agricultural production and the interests of tarmers. Analyze the cun＇ent situation and existing problems of agricultural insurance subsidies in China, and put forward con＇esponding countermeasures and Suggestions from three aspects： the government, tanners and agricultural insurance management institutions .
