摘要
"双一流"建设为高校图书馆在新时期的发展提供了新的机遇与挑战。在对图书馆服务能力概念进行梳理的基础上,提出"双一流"建设背景下高校图书馆服务能力的内涵、架构模型与构成要素。通过对服务能力评价指标的筛选,以及采用层次分析法确立评价指标权重,建立高校图书馆服务能力评价指标体系。
＂Double First-class ＂ construction has brought new opportunities and challenges for the development of the university libraries in the new period. On the basis of the concept of library service capability,this paper puts forward the connotation,framework,model and elements of the university library service capability under the background of ＂Double First-class＂construction. The evaluation index system of the university library service capability is established through the screening of service capability evaluation index and the establishment of evaluation index weight by analytic hierarchy process.
