摘要
通过研究国内外航运高职教育的特点,重点研究高职航运岗位实训,采用实例分析航运服务人才实训现有优势资源并提出高职航运服务人才岗位实训发展方向。
Tianjin has been regarded as core region of the north shipping and financial innovation operation.According to authority statistics,the quantity of our international shipping management can not meet the requirements of market demand. College shipping comprehensive training deemed to be the emphasis of this research. By studying the characteristics of domestic and abroad colleges,this paper analyzes the advantages of shipping comprehensive training of Tianjin Transportation Technical College,and explores its own development direction.
