摘要
腰椎间盘突出症是一种以腰痛及下肢放射痛为主要特征的腰腿痛疾患,治疗上多以非手术疗法为主,尤以针灸疗法效果显著。笔者将2007~2017年期间针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法进行了综述,发现针灸联合疗法治疗效果显著优于单一针灸疗法;温针疗法与电针疗法的临床疗效更为突出,其运用也最为广泛;针灸疗法在临床研究方面仍存在诸多不足,需要不断改善。
Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is a kind of lumbocrural pain disease which mainly manifested as low back pain and radiative pain of lower extremity, non-operative treatment is its main treatment and especially acupuncture therapy can achieve a significant curative effect. By reviewing the methods of acupuncture therapy in treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion from the decade of 2007-2017, the author has found that the therapeutic effect of acupuncture comprehensive treatment is better than that of single application; the therapeutic effect of warm needling and electroacupuncture therapy is more prominent and the most widely used; there are still many deficiencies and shortcomings in clinical researches of acupuncture therapy which need to be constantly improved.
