袋鼠式护理对早产儿生理指标稳定性的影响观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探索袋鼠式护理的应用对于稳定早产儿生理指标的作用。方法:选取2015年10月~2017年10月在本院分娩出生的早产儿中124例,随机分为对照组和观察组各62例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以袋鼠式护理,对比两组的生理指标。结果:护理7天后、14天后,观察组早产儿的CD^(3+)、CD^(4+)均高于对照组,且CD^(8+)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组呼吸频率和心率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组血氧饱和度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:袋鼠式护理不会对早产儿的生理指标产生不利影响,而且还有助于提高血氧饱和度,促进早产儿免疫功能改善,提高机体免疫力,值得推广。
