臭氧穴位注射结合体外冲击波治疗肩手综合征的60例临床疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察臭氧穴位注射结合体外冲击波治疗肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月~2017年8月本院肩手综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,以臭氧穴位(肩髃穴、肩井穴、肩髎穴、阿是穴)注射结合体外冲击波治疗为治疗组,单纯电针治疗为对照组。在疗程结束后比较两组患者疼痛改善程度和临床综合疗效差异,并与治疗结束后第2个月、第3个月进行动态随访。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周、治疗后2月、治疗后3月治疗组总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧穴位注射结合体外冲击波治疗能够有效改善肩手综合征患者疼痛及临床症状,且远期效果稳定,临床值得推广。 Objiective: Ozone observation point injection combined with the clinical curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave treatment of shoulder hand syndrome. Methods: From February 2016 to August 2017, 60 patients with shoulder hand syndrome e were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30) and control group(n = 30). The treatment group was treated by injection of ozone acupoints(Jianyu point, Jianjing point, Jianliao point, Ashi point) and extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The control group was treated by pure electric acupuncture. At the end of the course of treatment comparing two groups of patients pain and improve clinical comprehensive curative effects,and for 2 months,3 months after treatment, dynamic follow-up. Results: After treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05), and the VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 〈0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group one week after treatment, two months after treatment and three months after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Ozone acupoint injection combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy can effectively improve the pain in patients with shoulder hand syndrome and clinical symptoms, stable and long-term effect, clinical worth extending.
