摘要
目的:通过对临床有效的医案进行分析,总结王琴名中医治疗退行性膝关节炎的治疗经验。方法:根据疗效评价标准,收集有效的退行性膝关节炎治疗医案,对症状与药物规范化处理后形成数据库,采用关联规则Apriori算法对药物配伍与药证进行分析。结果:共收集王琴名中医治疗退行性膝关节炎有效病案163例、临床特征共106个,药物种类38种;运用关联规则算法,分析药物与药证的关系,分别得出14条与12条关联规则。结论:关联规则算法能客观真实反映王琴名中医治疗退行性膝关节炎的治疗经验。
Objective： To summarize the experience of professor Wang Qin in treatment of degenerative knee arthritis by analyzing her effective medical records. Methods： Effective medical records about degenerative knee arthritis were collected according to its criteria for therapeutic efficacy, and a database was formed after normalizing the symptoms and drugs, then analyzed the drug compatibility and drug-syndrome by Apriori algorithm of association rules. Results： A total of 163 cases of effective records and 106 kinds of clinical features were collected, which had 38 kinds of drugs; 14 association rules of drug compatibility and 12 association rules of drug-syndrome were obtained by analyzing their relationship with association rule algorithm. Conclusion： Association rule algorithm can objectively and truly reflect the experience of professor Wang Qin in treatment of degenerative knee arthritis.
