摘要
目的:研究用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:将2015年6月至2017年6月南江县人民医院收治的68例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。为对照组患者采用开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗,为观察组患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的各项手术指标。结果:观察组患者术中的出血量少于对照组患者,其术毕至肛门排气的时间和住院的时间均短于对照组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,其对治疗的满意率高于对照组患者。结论:用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果较好。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids. Methods： a total of 68 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the people＇s hospital of nanjiang county from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. For the control group, laparoscopic myomectomy was used for treatment, and for the observation group, laparoscopic myomectomy was used for treatment. Then the surgical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results： patients in the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss than those in the control group, and the duration of surgery to anal exhaust and hospitalization was shorter than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction rate of treatment was higher than those in the control group. Conclusion： laparoscopic myomectomy is effective in treating uterine fibroids.
