摘要
大学生创业意向与能力既是个人自主选择与学习的结果,也深受社会环境、教育、家庭等外在因素影响。问卷调查结果显示,两岸三地大学生创业意向普遍不强,但在创业领域选择、创业素质等方面存在着区域差异。创业教育政策、创业教育环境、家庭创业背景、创业教育内容等对大学生创业教育满意度和创业素质产生显著影响。在未来创业教育教学改革中,既要重视大学生创业政策、创业知识的普及,又要提高创业教育课程与教学的针对性、实效性。面向未来,两岸三地高校要进一步优化创业教育育人机制,架构创业教育交流机制,为经济社会发展培养高素质创业人才。
College students' entrepreneurial intentions and competencies result from personal choices and learning, as well as the impact of circumstance, education and family. In accordance with the investigations,entrepreneurial intentions of college students in China's Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong are not strong enough in general, but disparity exists in the aspect of entrepreneurship field selection and entrepreneurial quality.Entrepreneurship education policy, circumstance, contents and family entrepreneurial background would significantly impact college students' satisfaction degree of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial quality.Entrepreneurial policy and massification of entrepreneurship education are the imperative basis of future reform,with pertinence and effectiveness improvement being the key issue in entrepreneurial curriculum and teaching reform. Education mechanism of entrepreneurship education in China's Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong should be further optimized to construct an exchange mechanism, so as to cultivate high-quality entrepreneurial talents for economic and social development.
