摘要
目的探索某院药品供应链物流SPD药品供应链管理的新模式及其效果分析。方法结合某院SPD物流系统的建设,分析该系统应用前后药房工作和药事服务方面的变化。结果与应用前比较,SPD系统减少了院内中转环节,有效降低成本,实现药品"零库存",账目相符率提高,药师劳动强度降低。结论某院通过引入SPD系统,提高工作效率,降低成本,提高患者满意度,实现了药品库存管理的信息化和科学化。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the new model and effect analysis of SPD（ Hospital Drug Supply Chain Logistics） drug supply chain management in a hospital. METHODS Combined with the construction of SPD system in a hospital,the changes in pharmacy work and pharmacy services before and after the system were analyzed. RESULTS Compared with the pre-application,the SPD system reduced the number of transit links in the hospital,reduced costs,achieved ＂ zero inventory ＂ of drugs,improved the compliance rate of accounts,reduced the labor intensity in pharmacists. CONCLUSION After the introduction of the SPD system,a hospital has improved work efficiency,reduced costs,improved patient satisfaction,therefore made the drug management scientific.
