摘要
采用GC-MS的方法对山东商河采收的三批留兰香挥发油样本化学组成进行分析,并通过转基因斑马鱼整体动物模型评价其抗炎效果。结果表明:1号样本共分离出22个组分,鉴定出20个化合物;2号样本共分离出21个组分,鉴定出20个化合物;3号样本共分离出43个组分,鉴定出33个化合物。进一步的定量分析发现1号和2号挥发油样本中主成分L-香芹酮和L-柠檬烯的含量较高;3号样本成分较为复杂,其中含有异薄荷醇、异香芹萜烯、3-蒈烯、异薄荷酮、乙酸二氢香芹酯、大根香叶烯B等。在斑马鱼体内抗炎实验中,3份挥发油样本极低浓度下即显现出较好的巨噬细胞迁移抑制效果。研究结果为当地留兰香油产品开发和应用提供科学依据。
In this study,chemical constituents of the essential oils from three Mentha spicata samples collected from Shanghe of Shandong Province were analyzed by GC-MS method;their in vivo anti-inflammatory activities were assessed using zebrafish assay. The results showed that 22 chemical components in sample 1 were separated and 20 were identified;21 components in sample 2 were separated and all of them were identified;43 components in sample 3 were separated and 33 compounds were identified. Through further quantitative analysis,the contents of L-carvone and L-limonene were higher in sample 1 and sample 2;the composition of sample 3 was complicated and includes isomenthol,isocarvestrene,3-carene,isomenthone,dihydrocarvyl acetate,germacrene B,etc. The three samples showed good effects against macrophage at very low concentrations in zebrafish model. This study will provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of local spearmint oil products.
