摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司长岭分公司2.40 Mt/a汽油、柴油加氢装置在2017年质量升级改造后的效果进行了总结分析。通过对原料和反应产物的换热流程调整,更换循环氢脱硫塔,改造热高分空冷器以及采用中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发的RS-2100和再生后的RS-2000加氢精制催化剂,装置运行工况得到优化。标定结果表明在反应器入口压力8.0 MPa、第一反应器入口温度320℃、第二反应器入口温度280℃、主催化剂体积空速1.9 h^(-1)、氢(以标准状态计)油比600 m^3/m^3的工况条件下,产品柴油硫质量分数为5.9μg/g、十六烷值52.8,能够长周期生产国Ⅴ质量标准的柴油。
The effects and results of quality upgrading of the 2. 4 MM TPY gasoline and diesel hydrotreating unit in Sinopec Changling Company in 2017 are summarized and analyzed. The unit operation has been optimized by adjustment of process flow of heat exchange for feedstock and reaction products,replacement of recycle hydrogen desulfurization tower,revamping of hot high pressure air coolers and application of RS-2100 catalyst and regenerated RS-2000 hydrotreating catalyst. The results of performance tests show that,under the conditions of 8. 0 MPa reactor inlet pressure,320 ℃ 1 st-stage reactor inlet temperature and 280 ℃ 2 nd-stage reactor inlet temperature,1. 9 h^(-1) volumetric hourly space velocity of main catalyst and 600 m^3/m^3 hydrogen( at standard state) to oil ratio,the sulfur in product diesel is 5. 9 μg/g and cetane number is 52. 8 unit. It is known from the tests that the unit can produce diesel of Guo Ⅴ Standard specifications in long-term operation.
