摘要
法治政府建设是依法治国的关键,是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要标志。就法治政府特征而言,机构和职能法定,便民高效服务,行政立法科学化、民主化、规范化,行政决策法治化,行政执法规范化,政府信息公开,监督和问责法治化,守法诚信构成法治政府的基本要求。新时代法治政府建设必须坚持问题导向,重点推进以下任务:健全依法行政的制度体系,深化行政执法体制改革,畅通解决行政争议的渠道,抓住法治教育的"关键少数",提高公务人员依法行政能力。
The construction of a government based on the rule of law is the key to rule the country by law and an important symbol of the modernization of the national governance system and gover-nance capacity. In terms of the characteristics of the government based on the rule of law, the basicrequirements of the government of the rule of law are the legalization of the administrative legisla-tion, the standardization of administrative law enforcement, the public information, and the rule of law and the integrity of the law.
