摘要
针对土石坝雨后复工方法单一,含水率调节不易控制、压实度难以保证的特点,探讨了过湿土脱水机理和雨后快速复工技术研究,结合现场试验得到了砾质土过湿含水率、土料的干密度和计划所需掺石灰量参考值,提出了基于心墙过湿土石灰掺拌及碾压方法。现场试验表明,新方法可以保证填筑质量,提高填筑进度。
In view of the fact that the construction recovery method of rockfill dam after rain is single, the moisture content of soil is difficult to be controlled and the compaction degree is difficult to be guaranteed, the dehydration mechanism of overwet soil and the rapid construction recovery technology are researched. Based on field test data, the lime adding amount for soil dehydration is proposed under different moisture content and dry density of gravel soil. The mixing method of lime and soil and the rolling method of soil-lime mixture are also proposed. Field tests have show that the new method can ensure filling quality and improve filling progress.
