亚低温对不同品种番茄幼苗干物质积累与氮磷吸收及分配的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为揭示亚低温条件下不同耐寒性番茄幼苗干物质积累与氮磷吸收分配的特点,以‘东农708’(冷敏品种)与‘东农722’(耐寒品种)2个番茄品种为试材,适温25℃/18℃(昼/夜)为对照,通过人工气候箱模拟亚低温15℃/10℃(昼/夜)环境,在亚低温处理后的5d和10d,测定番茄幼苗根、茎和叶中干物质积累量以及氮和磷2种元素的吸收量与分配率。结果表明,与适温相比,亚低温明显抑制番茄幼苗的生长。处理5d后,冷敏品种单株干物质积累量与氮和磷积累量与对照相比下降的幅度分别为30.95%、32.08%和37.38%,均高于耐寒品种,但在处理10d后,下降的幅度则均低于耐寒品种。番茄幼苗根与叶中的干物质与氮的分配率在处理10d后均增加,而茎中两者的分配率则降低。干物质与氮和磷在各器官中的积累量与分配率均表现为叶>茎>根。两品种比较,处理5d后,耐寒品种亚低温条件下的单株干质量与氮和磷积累量分别是冷敏品种的2.0、2.1与1.9倍,处理10d后则分别为冷敏品种的1.3、1.4与1.1倍。处理10d后,冷敏品种各器官中的磷质量分数均显著高于耐寒品种,而根中的氮与磷的分配率显著低于耐寒品种。综上所述,亚低温条件下,番茄幼苗干物质积累量与氮和磷的吸收量均下降,耐寒品种‘东农722’单株干物质积累量与氮、磷积累量均大于冷敏品种‘东农708’,且耐寒品种受亚低温的影响迟于冷敏品种。 In order to study the effects of sub-low temperature on dry matter accumulation and nitro- gen, phosphorus absorption, distribution of different tomato cultivars. Tomato cultivars with different cold tolerances were used as experimental materials. The tomato seedlings were grown in growth chamber at 25 ℃/18 ℃and 15 ℃/10 ℃ temperature. After treatment 5 d and 10 d, the influences of sub-low temperature on the accumulation and distribution of dry matter, nitrogen and phosphorus in tomato were investigated. The results showed that the plant growth was significantly inhibited under sub-low temperature compared with optimal temperature treatment. After treatment 5 d, compared with the optimal temperature, the declined range of the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen, phosphorus were 30.95%, 32.08% and 37.38%, respectively, in cold-sensitive eultivar were higher than in cold-tolerant one, but after treatment 10 d, the declined range in cold-sensitive cultivar were lower than in cold-tolerant one. The distribution rate of different organs showed that under the condi- tion of sub-low temperature, the distribution rate of dry matter and nitrogen in root and leaf in- creased, but in stem decreased. The accumulation and distribution of dry matter and nitrogen, phos- phorus in the organs of tomato seedlings were showed leaf〉stem〉root. Comparison of two cultivars under the condition of sub-low temperature, the total content of dry matter, nitrogen, and phosphorus in cold-tolerant cultivar were 2.0, 2.1 and 1.9 times than cold-sensitive cultivar one, after treat- ment 10 d, were 1.3,1.4 and 1.1 times than cold-sensitive one. After treatment 10 d, the mass frac- tion of phosphorus in organs of cold-sensitive cultivar were higher than cold-tolerant one, at the same treatments, the distribution rate of phosphorus and nitrogen in root of cold-tolerant cultivar was higher than cold-sensitive one.
