摘要
圆钢管框架柱分离式套筒节点是一种新型节点形式,在对其进行有限元分析和改进的基础上,通过试验研究该新型分离式套筒节点在地震作用下的破坏形式,并得出该种新型节点的构造措施。从试验中可以观测到,新型节点试件的破坏形式基本一致,随着试验的进行,试件的破坏过程均为翼缘鼓曲变形、形成塑性铰、翼缘撕裂,且试件都在钢梁翼缘加宽处发生严重撕裂,其他地方无明显破坏。说明圆钢管框架柱分离式套筒节点具有良好的抗震性能,满足结构抗震"强连接,弱构件"的设计原则。对该节点套筒与柱的连接、套筒与钢梁的连接、翼缘加宽形式等方面提出构造设计建议。
The circular tubular frame column separated sleeve joint is a new type of joint. The finite element analysis and corresponding improvement have been made. The failure form of the new split sleeve joint under earthquake action was studied through experiments and the construction measures of the new type of joint were obtained. From the experiment,it could be observed that the failure modes of the new joint specimens were basically the same. During the test process,the failure processes of the specimens were that the bending deformation of the flanges,the formation of the plastic hinge,the tear of the flanges. There was a serious tear in the extended area of the steel flange and no significant damage elsewhere.The results showed that the joints of the circular tubular frame column with split sleeve had good seismic performance and could meet the design requiremones of strong connection and weak component of seismic structure. The paper also proposed the design of the joint between the sleeve and the column,the connection between the sleeve and the steel beam and the widened flange.
