摘要 1 病例简介 患者，男，62岁，主诉“面部、胸腹、背部多发散在不规则暗红色无痛性皮疹1年余”，2016年12月在外院诊为“非霍奇金淋巴瘤”，给予非霍奇金淋巴瘤CHOP（环磷酰胺＋表阿霉素＋长春地辛＋泼尼松转为等量地塞米松）方案后可达到缓解，2017年4月停药，2个月后迅速复发，面、胸腹、背部再次出现皮疹，性质同前，同时头部出现新发皮疹，突出皮面，伴瘙痒、疼痛，部分破溃、流脓。
