摘要
目的分析微创解剖钢板治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法将86例跟骨骨折患者分为两组,对照组行克氏针治疗,观察组行微创解剖钢板治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,全足负重时间(8.64±1.38)周,短于对照组的(13.71±2.05)周,并发症发生率4.55%,低于对照组的21.43%,治疗后观察组踝-足评分(93.25±3.88)分,高于对照组的(81.54±3.69)分(P <0.05)。结论为跟骨骨折实施微创解剖钢板治疗,能有效缩短全足负重时间,减少并发症风险,有助于患者踝关节功能的恢复。
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive anatomic plate on calcaneal fracture. Methods 86 patients with calcaneal fracture were divided into two groups: the control group was treated with Kirschner’s needle and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive anatomical plate. Results The operative time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group. The total foot load time of(8.64 ± 1.38) weeks in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group of(13.71 ± 2.05) weeks. The complication rate was 4.55%, lower than 21.43% of the control group. After treatment, the ankle-foot score of the observation group of(93.25 ± 3.88) was higher than that of the control group of(81.54 ± 3.69)(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive anatomical plate therapy for calcaneal fracture can effectively shorten the time of full foot weight loading, reduce the risk of complications, and help the recovery of ankle function.
