摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深化以及信息数字化的快速发展,加强医院人事档案管理现代化和信息化建设刻不容缓。文章运用SWOT分析方法对医院人事电子档案管理的内部优势、劣势及外部机遇、威胁进行了分析。在认清内外部形势的基础上,明确发展方向,从而制定科学的发展规划,提出目前医院人事电子档案管理的对策与建议:(1)加强医院档案管理意识,优化人事电子档案管理制度;(2)加强医院人事电子档案管理的风险控制,保护档案信息安全;(3)培养复合型人才,加强医院人事电子档案管理工作的人才队伍建设;(4)建立医院人事电子档案的管理网络,提高利用率。
With the continuous deepening of the medical reform and the rapid development of digital information, it is imperative to strengthen the modernization and informationization of hospital personnel file management. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of hospital electronic file management. on the basis of recognizing the internal and external situation, the paper clarifies the development direction, formulates the scientific development plan, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the management of hospital personnel electronic archives at presenting：（1） Strengthening the hospital’s file management awareness and optimizing the management system of personnel electronic files;（2） Strengthening the risk control of hospital personnel electronic file management and protecting the safety of archives information;（3） Developing compound talents and strengthening the construction of talents for hospital personnel electronic file management;（4） Establishing a management network for hospital personnel electronic files to improve utilization.
