摘要
图书馆被称作是知识与信息的创新工厂和仓库,在知识经济和信息飞速发展的时代,只有成立多目标的图书馆信息资源管理体系,打造极佳的图书馆运行环境,才能向各个信息需求主体提供特定的信息服务。图书馆是收集与整理、存储与传递信息及知识的场所,能提供信息利用服务,并且还是一个管理信息资源的机构,只有在完善信息资源管理体系的基础上,向人们提供各种顺应时代发展的信息服务,才能获得更好的发展。
The library is labelled as the factory and warehouse of innovating knowledge and information. In this day and age when knowledge economy and information get rapidly developed, it is only by establishing a multi-objective management system of information resources and creating excellent operation environment can the library provide specific information service for information demand subjects of all sort. Library can provide information service, for it is a place of collecting, sorting, storing and transmitting information and knowledge, and an institute of managing information resources. The library can provide people with all kinds of the information service in line with social development and can achieve better development only by perfecting the management system of information resources.
