摘要
抛光是金相分析的重要操作环节,是对金相图谱有重要影响的因素之一。为获得满意的铝导线熔痕金相图谱,以金相组织清晰度、划痕数量、有无点蚀现象为考察指标,通过正交试验,对电解液配比、输出电压、抛光时间等参数进行优化,获得最优工艺条件为:5%(体积分数)高氯酸-乙醇溶液、输出电压40 V、抛光时间30 s,所制得铝导线熔痕的金相试样组织清晰、无划痕。
Polishing is an important part of the metallographic analysis and one of the most important factors affecting metallography. In order to obtain a satisfactory metallography of aluminum wire melted mark,the orthogonal experimental method was used to determine the optimal conditions with the clarity of microstructure,the number of scratches,and pitting phenomenon as the indictors,as well as the ratio of electrolyte,the output voltage,and the polishing time as the factors. And the optimal process conditions determined were as following: 5%( volume fraction)perchloric acid-ethanol solution,voltage 40 V output,and 30 s polishing time. The metallographic of aluminum wire melted mark prepared under these conditions was clear,no scratches.
