摘要
目的探讨三镜联合合Ⅰ期缝合(TMCPS)对老年梗阻性胆囊结石(SOG)患者相关生化指标水平以及机体应激的影响。方法选取我院收治的SOG患者118例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组患者59例。对照组采用常规开腹手术,观察组应用TMCPS治疗,观察2组患者的临床疗效及术后相关生化指标及机体应激的变化。结果观察组手术成功率和结石清除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后引流管放置时间、手术时间明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术过程中的出血量,胃肠恢复时间及术后住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗之前CRP水平以及血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者CRP水平低于对照组,血糖水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后TC水平2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对SOG患者进行TMCPS治疗,可最大限度地改善相关生化指标及机体应激反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the biochemical indexes and the effect of collective stress in elderly patients with obstructive cholecystolithiasis（SOG）treated by triple mirror combined with primary suture（TMCPS）. Methods 118 patients with SOG were selected in this clinical study. They were divided into control group and observation group with 59 patients in each group. The control group was treated by routine open operation. The observation group was treated with TMCPS. The effect of TMCPS on the treatment of SOG was analyzed by observing the biochemical indexes and the changes of body stress after operation. Results The success rate and stone clearance rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The postoperative drainage tube placement time,operation time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The blood loss and gastrointestinal recovery time in the observation group were less than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in CRP level and blood glucose level between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment,the CRP level and blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in TC level between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion After TMCPS treatment in SOG patients,the biochemical indexes and stress response of SOG patients can be improved to the maximum extent,which is worth popularizing.
