摘要
目的研究精浆微量元素与精液质量之间的相关性。方法择取312例精液异常的患者,根据其精液异常情况分为黏性精液组74例、无精或少精子组91例及精子活动率低下组147例,同时择取精液正常者100例作为精液正常组,对所有受检者精浆微量元素含量进行检测,并对各组间精浆微量元素水平进行比较分析。结果四组铁、镁含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而四组钙、铜、锌含量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),黏性精液组的钙含量低于其他三组(P<0.05),精子活动率低下组的铜含量低于精液正常组(P<0.01),无精或少精子组的锌含量低于其他三组(P<0.01)。结论精浆微量元素的含量直接影响精液质量,精浆中锌、钙、铜等微量元素与精液异常存在显著相关性,而精浆中铁、镁含量与精液质量无明显相关性。
Objective To study correlation between seminal plasma trace elements and semen quality.Methods 312 patients with abnormal semen were selected and divided into three groups according to the abnormal condition of their semen: 74 cases of viscous semen group,91 cases of azoospermia or oligozoospermia group and 147 cases of low sperm motility group.At the same time,100 cases of normal semen were selected as normal semen group.Then,the contents of seminal plasma trace elements of all the subjects were detected,and the levels of seminal plasma trace elements in each group were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in iron and magnesium contents among the four groups( P〉0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in calcium,copper and zinc contents( P〈0.01).The calcium content in the viscous semen group was lower than that in the other three groups( P〈0.05),and the copper content in the low sperm motility group was lower than that in the normal semen group( P〈0.01).In addition,zinc content in azoospermia or oligozoospermia group was lower than that in other three groups( P〈0.01).Conclusion The content of trace elements in seminal plasma can directly affect the semen quality.There is a significant correlation between trace elements in seminal plasma such as zinc,calcium,copper and semen abnormality,while the content of iron and magnesium in seminal plasma is not significantly correlated with semen quality.
