摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,具有教师和管理者双重身份。新形势下,高校辅导员职业发展面临诸多职业挑战和职业发展困境。要实现辅导员职业可持续发展,应以促进高校辅导员职业发展的职业化、专业化、专家化"三化"为目标定位,国家、高校以及辅导员个体自身协同努力,以满足辅导员对未来的发展需求。
College counselors are the backbone of college students＇ ideological and political education, with the dual identity of teachers and administrators. Under the new situation, the career development of college counselors is faced with many challenges and difficulties. In order to ensure the sustainable development of counselors＇ career, college counselors should set a goal to be able to serve in a professional, skilled and expert way. The governments, colleges and individual counselors should make concerted efforts to meet the future development needs of counselors.
