摘要
为满足H型钢工艺优化的需要,对粗轧阶段进行有限元模拟,根据模拟结果,对工艺优化方案进行分析,并根据力能数据对现场设备进行校核,确定工艺方案,最终进行现场实践,工艺优化达到预期效果。结果表明,有限元模拟有助于分析轧制过程中的金属成形,尤其对于型钢轧制过程中变形规律的研究,具有较高的参考价值和指导意义。
In order to meet the needs of H-beam process optimization, the simulation of roughing stage was accomplished by FEM. According to the simulation results, the optimization scheme was analyzed, and according to the force data, the equipment was checked. Finally, the optimization scheme was defined and the practice was carried out. The expected effect of the process optimization was achieved. The results show that the FEM can help to analyze the metal forming,especially for the law of deformation, which has a high reference value and guidance.
