摘要
目的分析护士对互联网模式下的居家护理服务的态度和意愿。方法采用目的抽样法，选取2015年11—12月宁波市13家二级及以上医院的护士2039名为研究对象。采用自行设计的宁波市云医院居家护理服务护士意愿调查表对其进行调查。结果67．1％的护士愿意提供基于互联网的居家护理服务；在护理服务项目上，护士最愿意提供的是皮下注射和肌内注射服务。多数护士对于护理服务安全、护士个人权益如何保障方面存在担忧。结论“互联网＋居家护理”符合社会发展趋势，但仍需进一步解决护理风险保障、护理质量控制以及合理定价等问题，以满足广大群众的护理服务需求，进一步发挥护士价值。
Objective To analyze the willingness and attitude of nurses on home nursing service under internet mode. Methods A total of 2 039 nurses worked in 13 Class Ⅱ or higher grade hospitals in Ningbo city from November to Decemeber 2015 were selected using objective sampling method. Self-designed Ningbo cloudhospital home care service willings questionnaire was conducted to investigate nurses. Results 67.1% of nurses were willing to provide the Internet-based home care services. Nurses prefered to provide subcutaneous and intramuscular injection services. Many nurses were worried about the safety of nursing services and the personal rights protection. Conclusions ＇Internet ＋ home care＇ service conforms to the trend of social development, but requires the solution of problems including nursing risk guarantee, nursing services quality control, and reasonable service prices so as to meet people＇s demands of nursing services and further develop the value of nurses.
