不同音乐对奶牛神经递质水平和泌乳性能影响的研究 被引量:1

Effects of different music on neurotransmitters level and milk performance of dairy cows

摘要 为了研究藏族音乐、塔吉克族音乐、彝族音乐对奶牛泌乳量和神经递质水平的影响,试验选择新疆伊犁中洲公司巴彦岱牛场内产奶量、年龄、胎次相近的中国荷斯坦泌乳牛64头,随机分成4组,每组16头。藏族音乐组、塔吉克族音乐组、彝族音乐组分别选择藏族音乐、塔吉克族音乐、彝族音乐中各自最典型的15首,分别在早、中、晚3次给料时间播放2 h;对照组不放音乐,常规饲喂。正试期当天起(第0天),每隔20 d测定产奶量,并采集血液测定皮质醇(COR)、肾上腺素(A)、氨基丁酸(GABA)、五羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质(SP)、谷氨酸(Glu)等指标。结果表明:藏族音乐、塔吉克族音乐、彝族音乐均能增加试验全期奶牛血液中肾上腺素含量,使奶牛应激加剧,从而降低产奶量。说明藏族音乐、塔吉克族音乐、彝族音乐可通过提高奶牛应激,降低产奶量,实际生产中应避免使用。 The aim of the present study was to discuss the effects of Tibetan music, Tajik music, and Yi folk music on dairy cows' milk yield and neurotransmitter levels in cows. Sixty-four Chinese Holstein cows with similar milk yield, age and parity were chosen and randomly divided into four groups (Tibetan music group, Tajik music group, Yi folk music group and control group), sixteen in each group. The fifteen most typ- ical music of Tibetan music, Tajik music and Yi folk music were selected and played for 2 hours respectively in the early, middle and late feed- ing times. The music was not played in the control group, which was routinely fed. The daily yield was measured and the blood samples were collected every 20 days. The indexes such as COR (Cortisol) , A (adrenaline), GABA (aminobutyric acid), 5-HT (serotonin), SP (sub- stance P), Glu (glutamate) were measured. The results showed that the Tibetan music, Tajik music and Yi folk music could significantly in- crease the content of blood A (P〈O. 05), aggravate the stress of dairy cows, and reduce milk yield, it was suggested that the Tibetan music, Tajik music and Yi folk music could reduce milk yield by increasing stress hormones of dairy cows, and should be avoided in practical produc- tion in the future.
