摘要
卫生健康部门属于第三部门。随着第三部门的兴起和发展,从不同的角度理解第三部门会产生不同的认识,其中以本体论和认识论两种观点最为突出。第三部门具有非营利性和自愿性等特征,凡是属于第三部门的组织都具备这些基本特性。目前,我国卫生组织的改革发展存在一系列亟待解决的难题。文章通过对第三部门理论两种主要观点的简要概述,从非营利的角度阐述如何推进我国卫生组织变革。
Health care organizations belong to the third sector.With the rise and development of the third sector,there are different understandings of the theory of the third sector,among which the most prominent are ontology and epistemology perspectives.The third sector has non-profit and voluntary characteristics,which all the organizations that belong to the third sector share.At present,the reform and development of China＇s health care organizations has a series of problems which are urgent to be solved.This paper mainly explained how to carry out the reform of China＇s health care organizations from the non-profit perspective through a brief summary of the two main viewpoints of the third sector theory.
